This is my first attempt at developing a wiring diagram for the sensors to be attached to the EFIS/ONE. All sensors were acquired from Blue Mountain.

Here's a shot of some interface modules a friend of mine found that should make sensor wiring a lot easier. These are ordered from Mouser... PN: 506-2M37DSM -- $39.90
And here they are in the plane with the sensors all connected:
This was definitely easier than the first method I tried.... soldering the wires directly to the 37pin connector. Replacing a sensor later won't be easy, but at least it won't be impossible. NOTE: I installed an access hole in the top skin, just over this area to make it possible to access the sensor connections... It would be nearly impossible to access this area from below. |
