KGDJ (was F55) 53NM SW of Dallas
My wife and I flew to Granbury, TX for lunch and some looking around...
This building is in the center of the main square. (above)
Small shops and restaurants continue around the square.
(too bad they made the center into a parking lot instead of a park)
We had lunch at "Rinky-tink's" sandwich shop. Not too bad.. and
the Ice Cream looked good too.
This is one of the "crew cars" that they'll give you at the
Granbury airport. No air-conditioning in this one... so beware if it is a
hot summer day!
Overall this was a nice airport and a fun trip. We'll have to do it again sometime.
